Avast Business Endpoint Protection v.19 will only support Windows 7 or later.
In early 2019, Avast Antivirus client version 19 will kick cybersecurity to the next level. We will be releasing it throughout our home and business products. Avast Antivirus client version 19 will NOT be compatible with Windows XP or Vista operating systems. After the release, any new devices added to the network will need to use Windows 7 or later.
What does this mean if you are running Windows XP or Vista operating systems?
We recommend you remain on Avast Business Endpoint Protection solution version 18.x, which will continue to receive virus definition updates from the Avast Threat Labs database.
This version will be supported by both the cloud and on-premise Avast Business Management Consoles and CloudCare.
We recommend you remain on AVG Business Edition product version 18.x, which will continue to receive virus definition updates from the Avast Threat Labs database and will be supported by the AVG Remote Administration Console.
