AV Comparatives mobile test
The latest AV Comparative test on mobile security apps was conducted in January and its result have just been published. One hundred security software were tested; among them free and paid antivirus mobile applications. "The Android security solutions tested were checked for their efficacy in protecting against the top 1,000 most common Android malware threats of 2016. Each test case was conducted using the same process," explains AV-Comparatives in the final document presenting test results.
