Announcing Avast Business' new integration with ConnectWise Automate

Remote monitoring and professional services allow MSPs to streamline operations

We're excited to announce our new endpoint security integration with ConnectWise Automate, a leading remote monitoring and professional services automation company (RMM). This integration will offer the security, efficacy, ease of management, and cost savings that MSPs need to protect their clients.

How to install the plugin

Note: This integration is only available with the Avast Business Multi-tenant Management Console. 

If you have not registered for the console, please follow these steps: 

  1. From the Partner Portal, register for the new Avast Business Multi-tenant Management Console account.

  2. During the registration process, select “MSP” in the business type field. 

  3. In the next step, select “Multi-company console”.

  4. Once you are in the console, create a new customer and select a trial for any AV edition (you will have a 30 day trial).

  5. Download the Avast Business ConnectWise Automate (CWA) plugin here and install it.

  6. Go back to the Avast Business Multi-tenant Management Console, click on the gear wheel in the top right corner, then create a new integration.

  7. Insert the obtained integration credentials into the Avast CWA plugin.

If you already have the Avast Business Multi-tenant Management Console, please follow these steps:

  1. Download the Avast Business ConnectWise Automate (CWA) plugin here and install it.

  2. Go back to the Avast Business Multi-tenant Management Console, click on the gear wheel in the top right corner, then create a new integration.

  3. Insert the obtained integration credentials into the Avast CWA plugin.
