My name is Lauren and I currently live in the heart of western Virginia. I have had work writing easy-to-understand, descriptive instructions for the use of electronic devices from laptops to Blackberry’s that were loaned to various employees when I worked for the US Government a little while ago.

Electronics and the way they are evolving fascinates me and has so since I could remember, and my friends keep telling me to stop talking whenever I find something new that’s been invented or is in the process of being produced – for example: flexible AMOLED screens.. holy cow! And I’ve been a huge supporter of Avast since I dropped Norton about a billion years ago when it was eating my computer. I think I’ve converted about ten people over to the orange side.

Avast is my loyal friend for year on my little but brave, hard working PC. It would be a pleasure to write for Avast. I can, speak and even spell in Polish, Dutch, English even my German is not too bad. However German, I always have it checked by my buddy. I am a geek so I know quite a bit about bits and bytes. Still I am not an IT Student but university is only one place where you can learn about it and accumulate knowledge. I know many coders who never have place their foot into any University and still they are on top of those who have that ohh so shiny IT-diploma. But just because they got it, doesn’t mean they can put in practice in the real world. Prague is awesome city, girls always want to go to Paryska street. If I get this job, I can afford to take them there, lol. Let me know if I am taken into consideration by your Avast team. I think that Avast is very clever software, that does need more promotion, all over the world. And because I enjoyed it myself for so many years, it makes writing about it so much easier, than selling your soul by writing good reviews about a crappy piece of software or worse medication lol .
